Health Breakthroughs International, LLC water and fuel technologies are both nanotechnologies by virtue of the fact that both work on the micro level of electrons, atoms and molecules at a scale of 100 nm or less. But the M-Power Aqua Technology® and the Unique Fuel Technology™ (UFT™) are bottom up nanotechnologies by virtue of assembling changes at the nano level as an effect from one nano-system to another, with the water and fuel technologies as nano-systems affecting the water and fuel as other nano-systems.

Several tests have already been completed for both the water and fuel technologies:

1)     Both independent clinical studies and in vitro testing have been completed for the M-Power Aqua Technology. Clinical studies prove that water produced with this technology hydrates more quickly and efficiently in the body. In Vitro tests prove that this technology brings about a unique set of properties referred to as the Optimum Hydration Profile.

2)     Independent testing of the the Unique Fuel Technology has proven that more efficient fuel burning takes place in engines powered by both gas and diesel. other words, fuel economy increases when UFT is applied to the fuel line of an engine. With increased burning efficiency for liquid fuels to produce energy for engines, many different types of harmful emissions also decrease.

 

Based on the way in which UFT works, it is entirely reasonable to assume that using UFT with gas fuels will also bring about increase fuel burning efficiency. It is simply a matter of transferring an effect from the technology to the fuel, whether it is a liquid or a gas.

 

Our water and fuel technologies are able to affect molecular recognition transfer from the technology to the water and fuel and then bring about both a static and dynamic effect between molecules as they cascade the changes at a nano-level. The way in which the molecular recognition process takes place with both types of technology could include some or all of: non covalent bonding, aqueous bonding, hydrogen bonding, van der Walls forces and pi-pi interactions.

 

The only reasonable explanation for how the technology works is based on nano-activity in water and fuel molecules that is not induced from the top down but only from the bottom up. No substance is added to water or fuel with their respective technologies and no overt electromagnetic affect is introduced, but instead the changes start on the nano-level with how each technology affects water and fuel.

 

With the water technology, there is an obvious reassembly of the geometric configuration of water as a shift from icosahedral to dodecahedral. This is the only possible way to explain the unique properties taken on by water that has been transformed with the M-Power Aqua Technology. For more information about the shift from icosahedral to dodecahedral H2O clustering, please refer to my book Water Empowerment for Life.  There are several drawings provided to demonstrate this shift in water geometry and even a section in my book called “Dodecahedron Power” to explain the unique properties of water transformed with the M-Power Aqua Technology. This shift in water geometry is classic bottom up nanotechnology to rebuild the structure of a substance.

 

My theory about molecular reassembly in fuel is less developed at this time as compared to water. But the bottom line is that the water and fuel technologies are very similar in terms of how they work, which means that I simply need to work out a more detailed explanation of the molecular shift model in fuel from using UFT.

 

The active components in the fuel and water technologies interact with their respective elements without direct contact. The technologies simply wraps around the circumference of a water or fuel line without touching either water or fuel, with a molecular transfer of information so that molecular recognition will change between molecules. Either technology can be built to accommodate pipes and lines of any diameter."

Dr. David Wheeler's Biography
(Dr. Wheeler is a Chiropractic Physician)

Dr. David Wheeler was born in the very small town of Glasgow, Montana. After Dr. Wheeler’s family moved to the Seattle area for a few years they eventually made there permanent home in Oregon, where his mother still resides in the same house to this day in the Portland area.

Dr. Wheeler served in Vietnam and is a decorated veteran. After discharge from the Army he completed his undergraduate education at both Portland State University and Southern Oregon University. After completing undergraduate studies he then attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon – which is the second oldest Chiropractic College in the United States. He graduated in 1982 and received his Oregon licensing in early 1983.

After a few years of practice Dr. Wheeler applied for and received licensing in New York and Colorado. In the middle 1990s Dr. Wheeler lived and practiced full time in New York City (Manhattan), with the focus of his practice being to work with patients with serious chronic disease from an alternative healthcare perspective.

Prior to moving to Manhattan in order to establish a practice Dr. Wheeler developed health issues and could not work for several months. After successfully taking care of these health issues that interfered with his being able to work Dr Wheeler started a company to research and develop highly effective natural products and methods.

Dr. Wheeler moved his new company to Oregon in 1996 to be near his family. At that time Dr. Wheeler time discontinued practicing full time in order to dedicate his life to research and development.
