Victor Schauberger is considered the father of Living Water, who lived from 1885 until 1958. He was a famous Naturalist in Austria and during his lifetime and discovered the most important reason behind how water becomes enlivened in the environment. Mr. Schauberger was the first scientist to clearly point out that water gains the quality of life based on vortex spin motion.
