We at Health Breakthroughs International, LLC and Elite Bio Research Association (EBRA) would like to inform our customers that we have changed our labeling policies: Products created by Dr. David Wheeler, a licensed Chiropractic Physician in Oregon, will now specify his designation as a Chiropractor with more clarity.

Our Health Breakthroughs line of products is purchased by members of the general public as well as healthcare professionals and retail outlets. The EBRA line of products is designed for licensed healthcare practitioners only and possibly some retail outlets that meet specific standards (such as pharmacies). The trend for the future sale of these products is to remove Dr. Wheeler’s name from the products in order to make them more universally appealing and not tied to the personality of one individual. In addition, HBI and EBRA may begin to include other product developers in the near future and therefore it would be preferable to identify all products based on the two different lines that go to the general public and to healthcare professionals as the two main categories. At HBI, the goal is to attract additional retail outlets, such as health food stores and vitamin shops that are becoming more and more popular.

Within the next year, we expect to have Dr. Wheeler’s name removed from all product labels, but for any labels that still carry his name, the customer will see our attractive gold sticker defining his licensing as a Chiropractor. As a side note, we have added a gold sticker about the recent patent registration for Dr. Wheeler’s water transformation technology on all appropriate products.

We have created the gold label to be affixed to any bottle or educational material that clarifies Dr. Wheeler’s licensing in the state of Oregon as a Chiropractic Physician, along with his license number. Dr. Wheeler is proud about being a licensed Chiropractor and wants people to understand clearly what kind of license he holds.

Dr. Wheeler intentionally chose to be a Chiropractor because of the natural healing philosophy associated with the Chiropractic profession, versus the allopathic model of using drugs and other invasive or otherwise potentially dangerous procedures associated with the mainstream medical profession.
