The following text is placed at the front of Dr. David Wheeler’s new book, Water Empowerment for Life, which defines the fundamental uniqueness of water products produced with the M-Power Aqua Technology:

The technological approach to transforming water explained in Water Empowerment for Life is unique, which is about creating high energy and vibrationally balanced water that duplicates the forces of nature as found in the environment. This technology is applied without the need for added substances of any kind. Furthermore, there is no similarity between Dr. David Wheeler’s patent pending “M-Power Aqua Technology^™” and any other technology used to produce enhanced, functional water – as referenced on the US patent website or anywhere in the public domain. Instead, the M-Power Aqua Technology^™ involves the way in which “natural” motion affects the properties of water and the chemistry of a living organism. At a primary level the M-Power Aqua Technology^™ there is a patterning of water with a proprietary process of vortex motion to change the internal dynamics of water on a molecular level. This pattern of motion is simultaneously accompanied by creating electromagnetic compatibility within the immediate environment in order to fine tune the life supporting qualities of water, but without increasing electromagnetic input above what is found emitted by the earth itself (approximately .50 gauss). This technology is intended to duplicate what takes place in a natural setting with water moving as a sequence of vortexes across or up through the ground in such a way that there is natural imprinting deep within the microcosm of H₂0 molecules. Although a theoretical perspective concerning H₂0 structural changes in water involving the dodecahedron is presented in this book as the transformational outcome from applying the M-Power Aqua Technology^™, information of this kind remains in the area of theory only. In this book fact and theory are clearly delineated in order to emphasize what is known to be true and provable in comparison to what may be very sound in terms of mainstream chemistry and physics but none the less is still in a stage of theoretical development (which is true about water in general when it comes to understanding even the simple foundation of the H₂0 molecule itself). The section of this book dedicated to explaining the M-Power Aqua Technology should be used to more completely understand all other technology references that summarize the components of water motion and electromagnetic input.
