Mix MPS GOLD 100 with small amounts of water or juice (two to four ounces) and usually taken only once a day first thing in the morning. With whatever dose taken, half that amount of MPS GOLD 3X can be added to boost the immune system response (although, most people only use the MPS GOLD 100 product). Wait half an hour after and fifteen minutes before eating or drinking anything else to take MPS GOLD products in order to insure the highest level of absorption.

MPS GOLD products can also be taken at other times during the day. Start out with half a teaspoon and build up at half an additional teaspoon every day. The maximum dose is usually two teaspoons a day. Taking a small amount of fatty acids with MPS GOLD products will increase their absorption substantially.
