The M-Power Perfect Health Program is an advancement in the way M-Water has been used traditionally. You will stay optimally hydrated when you add the M-Water concentrate in small amounts to your clean drinking water and drink a small amount of the Core Water concentrate every day. Core Water is simply a more vibrationally potent form of M-Water. By using Core Water and  M-Water together, your healing response will be much greater and will also occur quicker in most people.

Although I have plenty of anecdotal feedback from people who use the M-Power Perfect Health Program, by drinking both M-Water and Core Water every day, this is not objective evidence in and of itself.
